Antonio M. Ocasio

With over 15 years of experience, Antonio advises clients on a broad range of matters in connection with their businesses and personal affairs.   Antonio's experience includes both private practice and serving as a general counsel for large and mid-sized companies.  These include EXCEL Security, where he served as General Counsel and Director of Corporate Communications, as well as Wal-Mart, where he served as a general counsel, overseeing all aspects of domestic real estate.   In private practice, he has advised private equity firms, real estate opportunity funds and family offices in connection with their investments.

Antonio is a volunteer for the Skin Cancer Foundation and a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art. He has served as a Member of the Acquisition Committee for the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.   He began his career at the international law firm of Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres-Landa, S.C. (Mexico City) and is fluent in English and Spanish.
